Karen Kent Obituary

Karen Kent of Klamath Falls, age 81, passed away on 6 April 2024 to be with Jesus.

She was born in Weed, CA on 12 March 1943 to Clarence and Thelma Doke

Karen was preceded in death by her parents Clarence and Thelma Doke, her brothers Joe and Ted Doke and sister Sally.

In the past, she loved going to Arizona for the winters along with her husband David Kent, and the many RV trips to various places in the US to visit historical places, friends and family in the West, Midwest and South. She also enjoyed playing games with her daughter and son-in-law Debbie and Shane Earp.

She is survived by her husband of 58 years, David Kent, son Dan Kent, daughter and son--in-law Debbie and Shane Earp, her brother and sister-in-law Larry and Elaine Doke, sister Ruth, and grandchildren Kendra Clark, Jolene Kent, D.J. Yazzie, Jaylene Rodriguez, and Devin Earp. She also had 8 great grandchildren.

There will be a memorial for her on Thursday, 2 May 2024 at 11 AM at Thrive Church, 235 S. Laguna Street, Klamath Falls. The service will be live streamed at youtube.com/@thrivechurchkfalls
