David Lee Robinson, 56, was born in Lakeview, Oregon on February 17, 1967 to his parents Tony Robinson and Imogene Robinson (Jackson). He grew up with his siblings, Tim, Wanda, Verla, Glenn, and Gerald. His family owned and operated a wrecking yard in Lakeview, Oregon. Dave attended school in Lakeview and in the early 1980’s moved to Olene, Oregon. In 1994, he moved with his mother to Klamath Falls, Oregon where he earned a living working for a lawn care service called Horizons. Dave grew up with the love of cars, motorcycles, watching American Pickers, and Street Outlaws. He loved sharing stories about his favorite car he bought as a teenager, a green 1972 Charger 383 with an air grabber hood. He met Stacy Thompson in 1995 and they married in 1997 at Moore Park. They welcomed their only son Jeremiah in November 2000. Dave worked at Masami Foods from 1997-2018 alongside his brother Gerald for nearly 18 years. He was a proud patched out member of the Frontline Motorcycle Ministries for 10 years and rode together with his forever friends MJ and Paula Marlton. This was a cherished time in his life. After retiring from Masami Foods, sadly due to illness, he spent most of his time with his son Jeremiah and nephew Shawn. A special moment Dave enjoyed was watching his son graduate from high school and starting a career in construction while going to college. He never missed calling his son everyday to wish him a good day at work or school.

Dave passed away peacefully at his home of 27 years in Stewart Lennox on May 5, 2023. He joins his father, mother, brother Tim Robinson, sister Wanda Robinson, and special friend MJ Marlton in Heaven. Surviving family includes his son Jeremiah Robinson, Stacy Haywood, Gayle Thompson, sister Verla Wright of Colorado, brothers Glenn Robinson (Marie) of Missouri, Gerald Robinson (Ashley) of Georgia, brother-in-law Randy Thompson, nephews Shawn Robinson, Marcus McCarthy (Bryanna Montgomery) of Oregon, Timothy McCarthy (Christy), Brady Thompson, and niece Ronalee McCarthy.

Dave was a loving father, husband, brother, uncle, and friend. Dave, you can now ride Harleys and drive fast cars all day. You will always be in our hearts and memories. As per your wishes, your ashes will be spread at the Oregon Coast. May you rest in peace.
