Obituary

Donald Arthur Gresdel, Sr. passed away on April 28, 2023. He was born on September 16, 1942 in Klamath Falls, Oregon, attended primary and Klamath Union High School, then went on to complete his degree in Surveying at Oregon Technical Institute (OTI) while also playing on OTI’s baseball team. Don ran a successful surveying business for decades, enjoyed hunting, fishing, and above all else – devoting his time to teaching and mentoring youth with pitching/baseball; Don helped coach at Bonanza and Lost River high schools. Don was a beloved father to his three children: Don Jr., Tim (Susan), and Kris (Gary); two grandchildren Janelle (Gabe) and Stephen (Katlyn); and great grandchildren Olivia, Harper and Ivy. Don is preceded in death by his parents – Harold Buster Gresdel and Helen Baker Gresdel, and his brother, Ronald Henry Gresdel.
