Marion Jack Polich

    Marion Jack Polich passed away on September 26, 2023, in Klamath Falls, Oregon. He was born November 25, 1930, in Bismark, North Dakota, to Marion and Nellie Polich.

    Jack is survived by his wife Marion Thomason Polich; daughters Linda Polich and Sharon Clark; granddaughters Lindsay Clark, Jayne Clark, Kari Kent Polich, Alisha Polich-Rossetti and grandson Luke Polich.

    Jack is known for his baked brownies and his work with Alcoholics Anonymous. His grandchildren remember him for his special lemon cake. He will be remembered for his generosity, and dedication to family, friends and church. Jack wanted to live to 100. He had a youthful zest for living. He remained adventurous throughout his life; ziplining at the Crater Lake Zip Line and later taking his daughter and granddaughter to enjoy the ride with him. We all questioned his judgement-at 86 years old- when he purchased two Harley Davidsons with all the gear -you know- saddlebags, boots, chaps, leather jacket, gloves and a helmet. Shortly after he sold the motorcycles, he walked down the aisle with Marion Thomason to Johnny Cash's "Burning Ring of Fire", and they lived happily ever after.

    A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, October 28, 2023, at 11am at Living Faith Fellowship, 4549 Homedale Rd., Klamath Falls 97603. The family would like to extend a special thank-you to the medical team at Sky Lakes. Isaiah 41.9a 10: I said, "You are my servant": I have chosen you and have not rejected you. Lo do not fear, for I am with you: do not be dismayed, for I am your God.  I will strengthen you and will help you: I will uphold you: I will uphold you with my righteous hand.
