Michael "Frito" Lee Stratton

Michael Lee Stratton (Frito) was called home on November 16, 2020 at the age of 73, and is in a better place. I like to think of Frito being God’s court jester. He was always very quick -witted and enjoyed making people laugh.( often risking public ridicule, (LOL)  but he loved to make people smile and succeeded almost every time.) He is preceded in death by his mother Joyce Stratton and his two brothers Bob and Chuck Stratton. He leaves behind his significant other Karen Stratton, 2 children, Shawn Stratton and Tracy Sanders, and 4 grandchildren. Also, some very dear long time friends, Brent and Mary Grosso and Terry and Sharon Amrhein. Frito enjoyed life and took advantage of every opportunity thrown at him. He always worked from an early age and embraced every job he ever had, and this made him very adept at interacting with people. ( He truly had a gift which he carried throughout life, touching everyone he knew.) Some of his many jobs were district manager for Louisiana Tea an Coffee, driving a Frito Lay truck as a route salesman ( thus the nickname Frito) and lastly one of his favorite jobs was being a traveling salesman in the vending machine business. He traveled all 50 states and loved every minute of it.(His stories of all of his adventures were unmatched!) He had a very creative side to him and loved to paint and fix things up. He also was very patriotic and loved old westerns, God and his country. He is truly missed by all of his friends and family. Rest In Peace Frito, and keep everyone laughing up there.
