Rose Marie Emerson

   Rose Marie Emerson passed away peacefully February 3, 2023, at home in Chiloquin Oregon, with her husband, Don Emerson, at her side. Rose Marie was loved by all, and she will be gravely missed. She loved playing her harp with her husband Don Emerson at Church. They were members of Chiloquin Seventh-Day Adventist Church. 

   Rose Emerson was born January 22, 1939, in Los Angeles, California, to Gladys Elschlager mother, who married Denver Brown in Las Vegas Nevada. Rose Marie had brothers and sisters, including Clyde Brown, who passed away in Kansas City Missouri; Lana Shephard of Iowa; Emma Leonard, who passed away in Kansas City Missouri; Charles Brown of Arizona; Alice Criddle, who passed away in Washington; and David Brown passed away in Pocatello, Idaho.

   After Gladys Elschlager married Denver Brown, they moved to Trenton, Missouri, where Rose Marie finished school, then married James Berry.  Together they had three daughters whose lineage and offspring are as follows:

Daughter: Della Marie (Stuart) Chastain.(Husband Terry)

      Grandson: Mac Chastain

            Great-grandson: Lewis Chastain

            Great-grandson: Eliot Chastain

      Granddaughter Amie Negrete Tapia

            Great-granddaughter Alexis Marie Chastain

                  Great-great grandson Ashyth Chastain

       Great-grandson Jonathan Henson

Daughter: Rozezella May (Stuart) Pumroy (Husband Melvin)

      Granddaughter Roxann Baker (Husband Johnny)

      Granddaughter Jennie Pumroy

            Great-granddaughter Sarah Snow

Daughter: Margaret Ellen (Stuart) Worring (Husband Charlie)

      Granddaughter Ellen Addison

      Granddaughter Christina Butler

            Great-granddaughter Alyssa Smart

            Great-grandson Michael Stark (Wife Brandi)

                  Great-great grandson Charlie

Rose Marie (Elschlager) Emerson later moved to Kansas City Missouri where she married Thomas Stuart on December 5, 1964. Thomas  had two Daughters: 

                    Margaret Ann (Stuart) Zimmermann (Husband Ralph) parents of granddaughters Cara (Zimmermann) Curtis, (husband Greg); Suzy (Zimmermann) Chaffee, and Amy (Zimmermann)  Harrington (Husband Leigh).

                   Mary Jo (Stuart) Zimmermann Husband Bruce Zimmermann Granddaughters Elizabeth Zimmermann, Wendy (Zimmermann) Jeppson Husband Gerald Jeppson, Grandsons Craig Zimmermann and Matthew Zimmermann.
