Obituary
Timothy Ray Rice passed away peacefully on March 18, 2023, with his wife and best friend of 17 years, Angie, by his side. He was born March 17, 1971, in St. Louis, Missouri, to Vester Ray Rice and Colleen Faye (Meiss) Rice.
Tim loved his family with all of his heart. He is survived by his brother, Tom Rice. He and his brother's bond was beyond compare. Also surviving are nieces Katie Jean Rice and Katie Beasley. To him, Katie Jean held the moon. Getting to meet Katie Beasley gave him a happy memory. Tim is also survived by his nephew, Doug Rice. Doug meant a lot to his Uncle. Tim never stopped bragging on Doug. Other survivors include his eight grandchildren: Trina, Tiara, Tamera, Harper, Mason, Zayden, Acacia and Eelin. Tim is also survived by his loving family in Tacoma; Ki, Nicole, Lily, Bobby, and Chris. He is also survived by his Seaside family; Mike, Angie, Skigh, Zane... and everyone he ever touched during his life.
A family memorial service will take place at a later date.
